Assistant Store Manager
Godfathers Pizza - Glencoe, ON
Full-time, approximately 35 hours/week
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead the team, maintain excellent customer service and food quality, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of 6–10 employees.
- Training staff and helping maintain store standards.
- Opening and closing duties.
- Assisting with inventory, paperwork, and customer communication.
- Working regular shifts — taking orders, preparing food, and processing payments.
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and running efficiently.
We’re looking for:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.
- Someone dependable who takes initiative.
- Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
