Godfathers Pizza in Walkerton is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hard-working Assistant Manager to join our team! What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of 6–10 awesome staff members.
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, prompt service and delicious food.
- Train and mentor team members on daily operations.
- Help with opening and closing duties.
- Assist with store paperwork, inventory, and customer inquiries.
- Work alongside your team—taking orders, preparing food, handling payments, and more.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Cover shifts to keep operations open.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and customer care.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset, but not required.
- Reliable, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
- Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate.
